How long are completed videos kept?
Completed videos are stored privately for 30 days after saving. We email you 3 days before removal; delayed reminders postpone deletion. Download important work and keep your own backup.
What happens if generation fails?
Confirmed failures and cancellations return unexpired credits automatically. Unknown outcomes are checked first. Refunded credits keep their original expiration date.
