What does Unlimited include?
Unlimited covers the lowest resolution and shortest length on Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 1.5 Pro, Grok Imagine Video (Original) and Veo 3.1 Fast. Longer clips charge only for extra seconds; higher resolutions use discounted credits. One video runs at a time. Heavy use may wait in the standard queue.

Questions about a plan, a credit balance or a failed task? Include the order or task ID so we can find the payment or the generation. Never send passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or private reference images.
Confirmed failed or cancelled generations return unexpired credits once, with their original expiry date. Purchase refunds are a separate process handled with an order ID.
Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire, and you can cancel renewal at any time.
The studio shows the exact credit cost for the selected model, resolution, duration and audio before you submit.
Preparing a draft spends nothing. The prices on this page come from the same product data as checkout.

Completed videos are stored privately for 30 days after saving. We email you 3 days before removal; delayed reminders postpone deletion. Download important work and keep your own backup.
01How do plans and credit packs differ?
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan credits last for their billing period. One-time credit packs do not renew and do not expire.
02How is the credit cost calculated?
The model's rate per second is multiplied by your selected duration. Higher resolutions can use more credits. The studio shows the exact total before you submit.
03When do purchased credits arrive?
Credits are added after your payment is confirmed. You can check the order and your credit ledger in Credits & billing.
04What happens if a generation fails?
Failed or cancelled tasks return only unexpired credits to their original expiry dates. Unknown outcomes are checked before any credits are returned.
05Can I get a cash refund?
Generation credit refunds and purchase refunds are different. Please review the refund policy for purchase refund requests and contact support with your order details.
06Can I use my video commercially?
Commercial use depends on the selected model's terms and your rights to the prompt and reference image. Buying a pack does not override those requirements.
