Using the service
ZoopFizz creates short videos through third-party AI models. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads, including the rights and permissions you need to use them. Do not submit illegal, abusive or unauthorized material.
Credits and generation
Credits are prepaid service units, not currency. The studio shows the credit charge before a generation starts. Model availability and output quality vary, and a successful result does not guarantee that every creative expectation is met. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel through Billing. Plan credits expire at the end of their billing period; credit-pack credits do not expire. New accounts receive 100 signup credits once, after email verification or a verified Google signup. Signup and daily check-in credits expire after 30 days, and existing accounts are not credited retroactively. Refunds retain the original credit expiration date. Unlimited covers only the eligible settings listed on Pricing, with one active generation at a time.
Rights and storage
Your rights depend on the applicable model terms and on the rights in your input. We do not promise unrestricted commercial rights. Files are private to your account. Generated videos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after they finish saving to your library; we email you 3 days before removal, and if that notice cannot be sent, deletion is delayed for review. Download important work and keep a backup. Uploaded reference images become eligible for deletion 7 days after upload when no active video uses them, and local removal waits until the external provider confirms its copy is unavailable. Task and billing records are retained separately. Account deletion permanently removes your stored files and unused credits.
Account security
Keep your credentials secure. Access is personal to your account. Contact support about suspicious activity or disputed charges.
Acceptable use
These rules apply to Text to Video, Image to Video, templates, and all prompts, uploaded images or other references, generated outputs, and attempts to generate prohibited content. You must not create, upload, request, or distribute any of the following through ZoopFizz:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or altered depictions.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty, or content promoting, glorifying, threatening, or instructing violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
- Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, discriminating against, or inciting hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content facilitating child abuse or endangerment. This includes fictional, AI-generated, and age-ambiguous depictions. We apply zero tolerance to child sexual exploitation.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: fabricated depictions of real people that misrepresent their identity, statements, or actions; deceptive impersonation; unauthorized face or voice substitution; and nudification or intimate composites. Obtain express permission for every identifiable person in an upload. Permission does not allow prohibited deepfakes or other banned content. Do not pass AI-generated media off as authentic footage.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content using protected images, footage, music, characters, logos, or brands without the rights or a valid legal basis to do so, including counterfeit branding or misleading claims of endorsement.
Do not evade safety restrictions, resubmit blocked material through another account, or use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or violations of another person's privacy or publicity rights. Buying credits does not exempt you from these rules.
Report content or appeal a decision
Report suspected violations to support@zoopfizz.com with the subject "Content safety report". Include the task or content ID, a page URL if you have one, the category of concern, a short explanation, and a contact address. You do not need an account to report. For copyright or trademark reports, identify the protected work or mark and explain your ownership or authority to act.
Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM, intimate imagery, private reference files, passwords, or payment details. Provide IDs or locations instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or child-protection authority; this inbox is not an emergency service.
Content review and handling
For new generation requests, the final text prompt goes through Waffo's content-safety scan before the task is accepted or credits are charged, and generation proceeds only on an allow decision. A block is rejected. A review decision, an unavailable service, or an invalid response pauses submission without charging credits; you may retry later or contact support with the reference ID. This scan does not automatically inspect uploaded images or generated videos, and it is not a promise that all six prohibited categories will be detected.
Reports go through human review. On receipt, we assess the reported risk, prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats and non-consensual intimate content, and review relevant prompts, reference uploads, generated outputs, and account or task records as necessary. Content being private to an account does not prevent authorized staff from accessing it for a safety investigation. We may restrict access while we investigate a serious concern.
After review, we decide whether these rules were violated, take proportionate action, and notify the affected user and the reporter where appropriate and legally permitted, without disclosing another user's private data. We may preserve necessary evidence and report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities when the law requires it. We do not guarantee that every input or output is screened before generation or access, that all violations will be detected, or that reports are monitored continuously.
To appeal, email the same address with the subject "Content safety appeal", your account or task ID, the decision you dispute, and the reasons or supporting information. We review the decision and reply with the outcome; restrictions may remain during review. Do not submit prohibited material as appeal evidence.
Term, termination and consequences of breach
These terms apply while you use ZoopFizz. If you violate these terms or the acceptable-use rules, we may issue a warning, reject requests, limit or suspend generation and other features, restrict purchases, remove violating uploads or generated content, or suspend or permanently terminate an account. Severe or repeated violations, child exploitation, fraud, attempts to evade restrictions, and legal requirements may lead to immediate action without prior warning. Where permitted, we explain the action and how to appeal using the process above; we may withhold details where necessary to comply with law or to protect an investigation or another person's safety.
When we permanently terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach, access ends, and we may cancel unused credits and delete stored uploads and generated content, subject to evidence-preservation and legal retention requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are not refundable solely because an account was terminated for such a breach. A temporary restriction does not by itself forfeit unused credits. We do not charge new subscription renewals after terminating paid service; any already-pending payment is reviewed separately. These provisions do not override statutory consumer rights, refunds required by law, or our Refund policy.
We may also suspend or end service to comply with law, address a security risk, or discontinue the service. If we end paid service for reasons other than your breach, we provide a proportionate refund for unused prepaid service or credits as applicable. You may cancel renewal in Billing or request account deletion in Settings; deleting an account is not a substitute for checking that recurring billing is canceled.
